Summer is almost over! | Planning Meeting No. 3

We had another planning meeting today. It was really productive.. We were at Thirty8th Creates so we were able to measure out the space correctly and come up with a proposed table layout and make some adjustments to be able to allow our sticker friends with mobility aids to access all the vendors with fewer bottle-necks. This is something we didn't really have to worry about in the park, but definitely is a concern for inside a building.

We mostly did paperwork at this meeting. Not an exciting thing, but necessary.

You should start to see more marketing on social media and once we get sponsors solidified we will be posting flyers around neighborhoods and businesses.

While our location is small this year but our energy and excitement to do this in 2026 is huge.
