Planning Sticker Fest 2025

In and effort to be transparent about how we do things, we decided to document our process. While this is the first entry it is not the first meeting. We obviously have had several since this is not the first year Sticker fest has happened. We are human and life right not is a bit challenging for everyone.

Our first meeting for 2025 was back in February. We shopped around for locations that we could hold Sticker fest indoors or a place to host mini events. We ended the meeting a little disappointed because we couldn't find a place that fit our needs. We were also still recovering from the madness that was 2024 and did not have the mental bandwidth to do a lot more.

The second meeting was in postponed till May. During this meeting we attempted to solidify plans and make a schedule of things that needed to happen. We also reached out to other coordinators to see if they wanted to participate in order to balance out tasks.

Our most productive meeting was in early June. We reached out to past vendors and sponsors. We created the vendor signup document. We also reached out to new possible sponsors. We came to an agreement on a schedule of things to do. We started creating the marketing graphics.

Today we set up a touch base to find out how things are going with our respective projects. This website was finalized and published.
